妊娠期检测血清白细胞介素-10的临床意义

摘　　要：目的通过对妊娠女性不同时期检测血清中自细胞介素-10(IL-10),探讨妊娠女性不同时期机体免疫状态变化的相关性研究。方法取63例不同孕期妊娠女性和21例未孕女性血清,应用双抗体夹心ELISA法动态检测四组血清IL-10值。结果妊娠早期妊娠女性血清IL-10浓度为351.2±27.3(pg/ml);妊娠中期妊娠女性血清IL-10浓度为224.5±23.6(pg/ml)、妊娠晚期妊娠女性血清IL-10浓度为103.6±21、7(pg/ml),非妊娠期女性血清IL-10浓度为为92.5±21.6(pg/ml)。女性在妊娠期间血清IL-10浓度均高于未孕者,以妊娠早期最为明显、妊娠中期次之、妊娠晚期血清IL-10浓度接近未孕者,前两组与未孕者相比均呈差异性改变(P<0.01)。结论妊娠女性不同期间所测得血清IL-10浓度变化,显示妊娠早中期女性血清IL-10浓度明显增高,妊娠晚期血清IL-10浓度与未孕女性相比对(P>0.05),可能是妊娠女性不同时期机体免疫状态的一种防御反应性变化。Objective Through the different periods of pregnancy women cells in serum interleukin-10（IL-10）,explore the different periods of pregnancy women study of correlation between changes in immune status.Methods Taking 63 cases of pregnant women and 21 cases of pregnancy is not pregnant women＇s serum,application of dynamics by double antibody sandwich ELISA method for detecting serum IL-10 values in four groups.Results IL-10 concentration in serum of pregnant women in early pregnancy as 351.2 ± 27.3（pg/mL）;IL-10 concentration in serum of pregnancy-pregnancy women for 224.5±23.6（pg/mL）,late pregnancy women in pregnancy serum IL-10 concentration of 103.6±,21（pg/mL）,IL-10 concentration in serum of women during pregnancy as 92.5±21.6（pg/mL）.IL-10 concentrations are higher than in serum of women during pregnancy is not pregnant,most evident in early pregnancy,pregnancy interim times,third trimester serum IL-10 concentrations close to who is not pregnant,compared to the first two groups and who is not pregnant both change is difference（P0.01）.Conclusion Pregnant women serum IL-10 concentrations measured during different,shown early and medium stage of pregnancy women serum IL-10 concentrations significantly higher serum IL-10 concentration and not compared to pregnant women in late pregnancy（P0.05）,female immune status in different periods of pregnancy may be a defensive reaction of change.
