摘  要:应用F·弗鲁门的“纤维束模式”牵伸理论,在已知羊毛原料的细度和长度参数以及前纺工艺设计参数后,可计算出前纺各道的理论不匀率指数,作为对比各道生产过程不匀率指标的依据。文中列举了用19.5μm 的澳毛条纺制13.89tex(72Nm )精纺毛纱时,意大利圣安德烈前纺设备与国产B字前纺设备的理论不匀率指数和实际不匀率指数的数据对比,并分析了国产B字设备的4~6 道不匀率偏高的根本原因。By the application of F.Vroomen's drafting theory based on “the bundles model of fibre distribution in top and rove”,the theoretical irregularity indexes for the preparatory processes of worsted spinning can be calculated when the relevant parameters of wool material and the drawing plan of preparatory processes have been known. In this article,two actual examples——the one for Italian St'Andrea type preparatory machines and the other one for domestic B type preparatory machines——are taken to compare their theoretical and effective irregularity indexes of different processes while in both cases the same wool materials are used and the same yarn counts are spun.
