复配助剂改进毛用染料染色性能的研讨

摘　　要：选用含聚氧乙烯醚非离心表面活性剂、Ｔｅｔｒｏｎｉｃ型聚醚、水溶性高分子化合物，烷基醇醚膦酸酯盐及含氮阳离子木质素等助剂复配（这些助剂中有部分结构与染料相类似），并将其亲水亲油平衡值（ＨＬＢ值）控制在１３．０～３０．０ 之间（常用１８．０～２２．０），复配的助剂产生了相似相容的协同效果，明显地改善了国产染料的鲜艳度、溶解度和色牢度，使国产染料代替进口染料做外销产品成为可能，同时又大幅度降低了染色成本。Some auxiliary agents are found out when theirs partical structure are the same as the dyes.These agents can not only mutual solubilization of dyes,but also division particle,deaggregation,dispersion of dyes.These phenomenon named principle of similitud compatible. Their are complex of several sarface acitive agents,such as nonionic surfactants(alkyl phenoxy polyethenlen oxide,aekyl polyethenlen oxide,sorbitan derivative),polyether(tetronic,pluronic),water—soluble polymer,ether alkylnol phosphate,nitrogen cationic lignin etc. Results from synergistic effect,these complex agents distinct improvement the chroma,solubility,colorfastness of domestic dyes which able to replace the import's dyes.At the same time,it reduce dyeing costs also.
