锥套和防滑胶板轮在粮机业的应用

摘　　要：以往,轮与轴以圆柱面结合。采用动配合时,导致定位松动,轮、轴窜位;采用过渡配合则遭遇装拆困难;无键胀套又因打滑不宜使用。带键锥套的应用,使装拆无需夯打,一把扳手就可轻松完成。落后的装配和伤痛永远成为历史。驱动轮与胶带的打滑摩擦,是引发粉尘爆炸的危险因素,过去,轮子面胶硬而脆,与带子之间极易夹粮和冰雪面,磨损常发生且不易修复。防滑胶板装配轮的出现,使一切问题迎刃而解。它能自洁,可更换;新工艺既节约钢材又节省工时。新轮具备超强的摩擦力和牵引力,彻底解除了打滑的忧患。TIn the past,wheel and axle joint with a cylindrical surface.When use movable fit,the fixed position may loose;transition fit will cause difficulty of assembling/disassembling;keyless locking device is unsuitable for its slippery.Keyed locking device solved all these problems and made things easy. Skid and friction between drive wheel and belt is a dangerous factor which may cause dust explosion. The past wheel surface rubber is hard and brittle,and easy to hold grain and snow between its surface and the rubber belt.The worn-out is hard to be restored.Now the appearance of nonskid rubber board assembly wheel smoothed away all the problems.It can be self-cleaned and is easy to be replaced.
