淋巴细胞免疫联合丙种球蛋白治疗复发性流产84例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨淋巴细胞主动免疫联合静滴丙种球蛋白治疗复发性流产的临床疗效。方法将经临床筛查确诊为封闭抗体缺乏所致的复发性流产患者156例随机分为二组,一组84例为研究组,采用淋巴细胞主动免疫联合静滴丙种球蛋白被动免疫治疗及常规保胎治疗,另一组72例为对照组,采用淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗及常规保胎治疗,观察疗效及妊娠结局。结果研究组妊娠成功率90.48%,对照组妊娠成功率68.06%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论淋巴细胞主动免疫联合静滴丙种球蛋白治疗复发性流产成功率较高,有较可靠的应用价值。Objective To investigate the effect of immunotheraphy with lymphocytes and immune globulin intravenous（IVIG）in women with recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods 156 patients diagnosed as recurrent spontaneous abortion who were cause of lacking blocking antibodies were divided into two groups ： 84 cases as group of immunotherapy with lymphocytes and IVIG and routine tocolysis（experiment group）,another 72 cases with lymphocytes and routine tocolysis（control group）.Results The pregnancy and carrying rate showed 90.48% in experiment group and only 68.06% in the control group.There was a significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Immunotherapy with lymphocytes and IVIG and routine tocolysis may act as an effective and safe method for treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion.
