外敷活血散综合治疗膝骨关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药活血散外敷治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的临床效果。方法:将82例KOA患者按就诊顺序随机分为实验组(42例)和对照组(40例),实验组采用:外敷活血散、物理治疗、口服药物;对照组采用:物理治疗、口服药物。治疗前后均采用Tegner膝关节功能评价标准评价疗效。结果:治疗后实验组和对照组Tegner评分均提高(P<0.05),治疗后Tegner评分实验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用外敷活血散综合治疗KOA疗效显著。Objective：To explore the clinical effects of the external application of Chinese medicine Hexue Powder in treating knee osteoarthritis.Methods：82 patients with knee osteoarthritis（KOA） were randomly divided into experimental group（42 cases） and control group（40 cases） according to the sequence of seeing doctor.The experimental group was treated with external application of Hexue Powder,physical therapy and oral medication,while the control group received the physical therapy and oral medications alone.The evaluation criteria of Tegner knee function was adopted to evaluate the effects before and after treatment in the two groups.Results：After treatment,the Tegner scores of experimental group and control group were increased（P0.05）,the Tegner scores of experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The external application of Hexue Powder is significantly effective in the comprehensive treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
