摘　　要：目的:探讨肺栓塞(pulmonary embodism,PE)早期X线表现。方法:分析经我院确诊29例肺栓塞患者DR胸部X线表现。结果:Westermark征14例;双肺纹理增多增粗5例;肺动脉高压4例;微量胸腔积液2例;X线检查未见明显异常征象4例。结论:肺栓塞早期X线表现多样。肺缺血Westermark征是DR片典型的肺栓塞早期X线表现。DR是除CT检查、血管造影、MR血管造影外又一重要的PE检查手段。Objective：To investigate the early X-ray findings of pulmonary embolism（PE）.Methods：29 cases of pulmonary embolism diagnosed in our hospital were analyzed on their digital radiographic（DR） chest X-ray menifestations.Results：There were Westermark sign in 14 cases,double lung texture increasing and thickening in 5 cases,pulmonary hypertension in 4 cases and trace pleural effusion in 2 cases.X-ray examination showed no abnormal signs in 4 cases.Conclusion：The early X-ray findings of pulmonary embolism are diverse.Lung ischemia Westermark sign is a typical early DR X-ray finding of PE.In addition to CT,angiography and MR angiography,DR is another important examination mean of PE.
