摘　　要：目的:探讨朗格罕细胞组织细胞增生症(Langerhan′s histiocytosis,LCH)的护理方案。方法:对16例临床患儿的护理进行总结。结果:16例患儿中,14例顺利完成化疗周期,好转出院,2例病情恶化放弃治疗。随访3个月～3年,恢复良好。结论:密切观察病情变化,给予有效的护理是关键,减少并发症的发生,减轻患儿的痛苦,提高生存质量。Objective：To explore the nursing scheme of Langerhan′ s histiocytosis.Methods：The clinical nursing experiences in 16 infantile cases of Langerhan′s histiocytosis were summarized.Results：Among 16 cases,14 cases successfully completed chemotherapy cycles and were discharged from hospital with improvement,2 cases abandoned the therapy due to disease deterioration.Conclusion：Closely observing the changes of disease condition and effective nursing are the keys to reduce complications occurrence,relieve the pain of children patients and improve the quality of life.
