摘　　要：目的:探讨经皮外周穿刺中心静脉置管术(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)在颅脑损伤患者救治中的应用效果和护理方法。方法:回顾性分析了42例颅脑损伤患者用PICC的效果和护理体会。结果:42例患者PICC一次置管成功率为90%,并发症发生率总计14%。结论:PICC为危重患者救治提供了可靠、安全的静脉通路。保持导管通畅和预防导管感染,是保证外周穿刺中心静脉导管有效使用的主要措施。Objective：To investigate the application effect and nursing measures of peripheral inserted central venous catheter（PICC） in the patients with craniocerebral injury.Methods：The retrospective analysis was performed on the application effects and nursing method in 42 cases of craniocerebral injury.Results：The one-time success rate of PICC in 42 cases was 90% and the complication rate was 14%.Conclusion：PICC provides a reliable and safe venous access for the critical patients.Maintaining catheter patency and the prevention of catheter infection are the main measures to effective use of PICC.
