摘　　要：目的:总结心理护理在治疗老年糖尿病中的作用。方法:分析不同老年病人的心理活动特征,安排高年资护士,根据老年病人的不同心理特点进行谈心。结果:对病人普及了糖尿病知识,同时提高了治疗效果。结论:老年糖尿病病人的心理活动复杂,开展具有针对性的心理护理,对缩短治疗时间,提高治疗效果具有十分积极的作用。Objective：To investigate the effect of psychological nursing on elderly patients with diabetes.Methods：To analyze the psychological activity characteristics in different elderly patients with diabetes.The high qualification nurses had heart-to-heart talk with the elderly patients according to their different psychological characteristics.Results：The diabetic knowledge was popularized and the therapeutic effects were improved.Conclusion：Elderly diabetic patients have complex psychological activities.Developing the pertinent psychological nursing plays an active role in shortening the treatment time and improving the therapeutic effects.
