摘 要:对梓树属滇楸、楸树、灰楸3个种叶片气孔特性进行了观察研究。结果表明:不同种间气孔密度、大小有显著差异,种内不同无性系间无显著差异,灰楸、楸树、滇楸的气孔密度分别为637.17、692.51、925.29个/mm2;不同无性系气孔纵径为17.56~28.06μm,气孔横径为11.89~20.43μm,气孔开放面积为1.63~4.51μm2,气孔密度与叶面积呈极显著正相关(R=0.849 3),与气孔面积呈极显著负相关(R=-0.646 5)。树冠部位不同,叶片气孔密度也不同,树冠中部和下部叶片气孔密度大,上部叶片气孔密度小(相差21.39%~27.87%);同一叶片叶中部气孔密度最大,叶尖气孔密度最小,叶中部、叶右基部、叶左基部和叶尖气孔密度分别为802.17、672.71、644.45、625.22个/mm2;所有观察树种的叶片气孔纵径与横径之比在1.213~1.625之间,其类型均属椭圆形。A study was conducted to observe stomatal characteristics of leaves of Catalpa duclouxii, Catalpa bungei and Catalpa fargesii. Results show that there are significant differences in stomatal density and size between the three tree species, but no significant differences between different clones of the same species. The leaf stomatal densities of C. fargesii, C. bungei and C. duclouxii, are 637.17, 692.51 and 925.29 individuals/mm^2 respectively. The stomatal vertical diameter of different clones is between 17.56 and 28.06 μm, and the transverse diameter is between 11.89 and 20.43 μm, and the stomatal opening area ranges from 1.63 to 4.51 μm^2. There is a very significant positive correlation between stomatal density and leaf area (R= 0. 8493 ), hut a very significant negative correlation between stomatal density and stomatall vertical area (R = -0.6465 ). Different tree canopies have different leaf stomatal densities. There is larger stomatal density in the middle and lower parts of tree canopy, but smaller stomatal density in the top part ( 21.39% -27.87% lower). The stomatal density is the largest in the middle part of the same leaf, but it is the smallest in the leaf tip. The stomatal densities of the middle part, right basal part and left basal part of leaf and leaf tip are 802.17,672.71,644.45 and 625.22 individuals/ mm^2 respectively. And the ratio of stomatal vertical diameter to transverse diameter for all the surveyed tree species is between 1. 213 and 1. 625, and the stomata are oval in shape.
