摘  要:通过采样、分离、培养与鉴定,对信阳地区野菊[Dendranthema indicum(L.)Des Moul.]内生真菌的群落结构及生态分布进行了研究。结果表明,野菊内生真菌具有丰富的生物多样性,分离得到真菌21种,它们多数为半知菌,少数为子囊菌。其中,刺盘孢菌(Colletotrichum spp.)、拟茎点霉(Phomopsis spp.)、大茎点霉(Macroph-oma sp.)3个属真菌是野菊优势内生真菌。内生真菌在野菊各器官均有定殖,且定殖率较高,总体达79.2%~99.3%。宿主生境是影响内生真菌群落结构及真菌多样性的主要因素,组织类型对内生真菌的分布也有重要影响。Community structure and ecological distribution of endophytic fungi in Dendranthema indicum were studied through sampling, isolating and identifying. Result shows that the biological diversity of the endophytic fungi is richer. A total of twenty-one species of endophytic fungi were isolated, among which most fungi belong to deuteromycetes and the few species are ascomycete fungi. Colletotrichum spp. , Phomopsis spp. , Macrophoma sp. are dominant sociales. The endophytic fungi could be isolated in every part of the tested D. indicum plants, and their colonization rates ranged from 79.2% to 99.3%. Host habitat and tissue type of the plants are the main factors that affect the biological diversity and community structure of the endophytic fungi.
