摘 要:通过脱氮培养基定向筛选驯化好氧脱氮有效生物菌群,该有效生物菌群能在好氧的条件下将氨氮转化为N2排放,24 h氨氮去除率达到90.3%,且无中间产物亚硝态氮和硝态氮的积累。其间通过PCR-DGGE方法分析驯化各阶段的微生物群落结构,当群落结构无明显变化且氨氮去除率相对稳定,说明驯化阶段基本完成。该好氧脱氮有效菌群具有培养基成分简单、脱氮速率快等优点。An experiment was conducted to isolate and domesticate aerobic denitrifying effective microorganisms by the denitrifying culture medium. The ammonia could be aerobically oxidized to molecular nitrogen without accumulation of NO2^- and NO3^-, while the ammonia nitrogen elimination rate in 24 hours reached 90.3%. The micro-flora structure at various stages of domesticates was analyzed by the method of PCR-DGGE. Result showed that the domestication was basically completed when the micro-flora structure had no obvious change and the ammonia nitrogen elimination rate was relatively stable. The aerobic denitrifying effective microorganisms have better application prospect due to its simple medium components and high denitrification rate.
