基于开源WebGIS的“三网”绿化工程信息服务系统研建

摘　　要：以山东省东营市"三网"绿化工程建设为研究对象,进行了需求分析,采用MapServer和OpenLayer等开源WebGIS技术研建了一个面向公众的"三网"绿化工程信息服务系统。该系统对工程中的空间数据和属性数据实施统一管理并在网络中发布,为公众提供了"三网"电子地图展示和工程信息查询,造林绿化小班信息查询,各种统计信息以及对应的造林模式、造林树种等信息。讨论了开源WebGIS组件选择、系统的功能结构和数据库设计,并对主要功能实现的方法和关键代码进行讨论。An information system for ＂Three Networks＂ Greening Project open to the public was established according to the requirements analysis of the ＂Three Networks＂ Greening Projeet Construction in Dongying of Shandong Province, using Open Source WebGIS technologies of MapServer and OpenLayer. Spatial data and attribute data for the system could be published through the network by unified management, facilitating public access to the ＂Three Networks＂ electronic map and relative information query, including afforestation sub-compartment query, statistics query, corresponding afforestation modes, afforestation species query, etc. The choices among different open source software, the system functions, the database design, the realization of main functions, and the key codes were all discussed.
