摘　　要：针对油压千斤顶产品目前存在的主要质量问题,为提高油压千斤顶的产品质量,根据FMEA质量控制技术(故障模式及影响分析)的基本应用原理,论述了其在油压千斤顶产品生产过程中应用的具体步骤和方法,提出了在油压千斤顶产品设计和开发过程中质量控制的管理方法。In order to solve the main quality problems now existing in the hydraulic jack products and raise the quality of products,the paper discusses the specific steps and methods of FMEA application in the hydraulic jack production process and proposes the quality control management method in design and development process of the hydraulic jack products according to the basic application principles of FMEA（failure mode effects analysis） quality control technology.
