摘　　要：针对定额计价和工程量清单计价并存的局面,采用图释的方法剖析两种计价模式在计价方法和招投标上的区别。通过这两种计价模式的实质性对比,阐述工程量清单计价模式的显著优点。According to the co-existence of quota pricing and bill of quantity pricing,analyzes the differences of the two pricing patterns in valuation method and bidding by picture explaining.By analysis of essential contrast be-tween these two pricing patterns,expounds the prominent advantages of bill of quantity pricing pattern.
