摘　　要：制造业是衡量国家综合实力和现代化程度的主要标志,提升制造业技术的升级对国民经济发展有着极为重要的影响。伴随着改革开放的进一步深化,引进外资成为制造业企业技术升级过程中不可或缺的力量,外商直接投资对我国制造业企业的技术升级起着重要的作用。Manufacturing is a measure of the degree of comprehensive national strength and the main symbol of modernization,upgrading of the manufacturing technology upgrading of the national economic development has a very important influence.With the further deepening of reform and opening up,the introduction of foreign manufacturing enterprises to become an integral part of the process of technological upgrading of the power of foreign direct investment on the technological upgrading of China＇s manufacturing enterprises play an important role.
