摘　　要：近年来,我国物业管理虽然发展迅速,但在发展过程中由于市场机制的不完善、服务意识的缺失、收费与服务的不一致、专业人才缺乏、行业整体素质有待提升等原因,致使物业管理纠纷不断。本文结合实际调查对太原市的物业管理现状进行了分析,找到了存在的问题及其背后的原因,并在借鉴其他地区物业管理的成功经验的基础上,提出了解决这些问题的相应建议。In September 2009 Shanxi Province the Office of Housing and Urban Development ＂on the promotion of sustainable and healthy development of the property the views of service＂ and demanded the full implementation of the new residential area early to property management,property services early to reach 100% coverage.By 2015,the province can enjoy half of the residential area of property services.As the capital of Taiyuan,Shanxi Province,the status of its property management investigation and analysis is particularly important.Based on this,the paper introduces the development process of Taiyuan City property management,property management in the survey of Taiyuan,based on analysis of problems in the management of the property and proposed countermeasures.
