摘　　要：针对资源基础观缺乏运营资源发展机制的问题,借助关系理论解释资源使用权间的交换机制和分析了快速集成所需资源的机制,主张资源运营发展模式的本质在于,企业家在发展与其他企业家联系的同时,不断与外部企业发生资源使用权的交换。结论表明企业应在不同成熟阶段设计采用针对性资源运营策略以避免陷入衰落状态。Aiming at RBV（Resource Based View） lack of resource operation development merchandise,this paper explains the merchandise of resources using right transferring based on relationship theory and analyses the merchandise of integrate necessary resources in different period to develop rapidly.We argue that the core of resources operation development model is enterprise exchanges the using power of resources with another in order to obtain needful resources fleetly while entrepreneur as the core of enterprise extends their relation with other entrepreneurs contentiously.Firms should adopt focus-on resources operation strategy to avoid decryption in different maturity period.
