农村公共产品供给对农村经济发展的量化研究——以甘肃省为例

摘　　要：城乡一体化是推进城乡共同发展的根本途径。在这一过程中,加强农村公共产品的有效供给是实现这一目标的关键。为此,本文以甘肃省为例,对农村公共产品的投资现状进行了系统分析;在此基础上,以C-D函数为基础,以Eviews6.0分析软件为手段,就农村公共产品供给对农村经济发展的影响进行了量化研究,最后提出了农村公共产品有效供给思路与对策。Urban-rural integration is considered as the key way to promote the common development of urban and rural,and improving the effective rural goods supply is the core factor to achieve the aim of urban——rural integration.Therefore,in this paper,the authors take a case of Gansu Province,have a systematical analysis on the investment situation of rural public goods;On basis of that,we also,use C-D production function and the software of Eviews 6.0 as a way,make a quantitative research on the impacts of supply rural public goods on the rural economy.Finally,several effective measures of promoting rural public goods supply are put forward.
