摘  要:利用热重分析仪,对煤(原煤、脱灰煤)和稻壳分别单独及按不同比例混合热解进行了热重实验。结果表明:稻壳对煤的热解有一定的促进作用,随着稻壳添加量的增加,煤热解高峰区向低温区移动,但这种趋势逐渐减小,且对原煤的促进作用较脱灰煤明显。通过相同配比时不同升温速率的对比实验,得出升温速率增大会使热解所需温度升高和半焦产率增加。由于煤与稻壳热解温度区间基本不重叠,其共热解时不存在协同效应。The pyrolysis characteristics of coal(raw anthracite and De-ash anthracite) mixed with rice hall in different propor-tions was studied with a thermogravimentric analyzer.The result shows that the rice hall can do favor to the pyrolysis process of coal by reducing the temperature of coal pyrolysis,but this effect would be mitigated with the biomass increased.And this phe-nomenon of raw anthracite is clearer than that of De-ash anthracite.The compared trial in different heating rates was done at the same proportion,and testified that both the temperature of the co-pyrolysis and the yield of char increased.The synergetic effect between coals and rice hall during co-pyrolysis wasn ’t apparent because there is no intersect between the temperatures of pyrolysis.
