特大地震对部队救援人员心理状况的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨特大地震对部队救援人员心理状况的影响。方法采用某部医学院专家组自编的灾后救援人员心理状态评估问卷,对特大地震中393名部队一线救援人员进行随机调查,并将数据进行筛查性和频数性统计分析。结果救援人员调查结果显示:标准差>1的占13.74%,标准差>2的占5.09%,标准差>3的占2.80%。频数性结果显示:部队大部分救援人员心理状态较为正常,但有44.8%的救援人员有比较明显的情绪反应,部分救援人员在情绪、人际交往、情感、注意力等社会功能方面受到较为严重的影响。结论鉴于部队执行处置特大地震的突发事件中有相当数量救援人员存在功能的影响,我们应该从长期、科学和专业的视角为部队救援人员提供心理卫勤保障服务。Objective To explore the effect of big earthquake on mental health of army rescuers.Methods A total of 393 rescuers in a certain earthquake were investigated by t he Mental Healthy Status Scale made by experts and all the data was analyzed statistically with SPSS13.0.Results The screening analysis showed that the rescuers with over one,two,three deviations covered 13.74%,5.09% and 2.80% respectively.The descriptive analysis indicated that the mental status of rescuers was normal mainly,but bad emotional response was found in 44.8% of rescuers,and interpersonal interaction,emotion,attention problems appeared in part of the rescuers. Conclusions The mental status was affected functionally by earthquake in some quantity of the army rescuers,so scientific and professional psychotherapy should be provided for them.
