50例高校学生念珠菌性外阴阴道炎氟康唑顿服法疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究目前高校学生念珠菌性外阴阴道炎的治疗方法,观察氟康唑150 mg顿服对其的治疗效果。方法对50例念珠菌性外阴阴道炎分泌物涂片找假菌丝,给于康唑150 mg顿服后复查临床治疗效果及病原菌检查结果。结果氟康唑150 mg顿服1周后首次复查,痊愈率为90%,10天治愈率98%。结论氟康唑口服治疗方便,治愈率高,可作为高校念珠菌性外阴阴道炎的首选治疗方案之一。Objective To study the therapy of vulvovaginal candidiasis in college student patients and observe the efficacy of fluconazole（150 mg） in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis infection. Methods Fifty patients suffered from vulvovaginal candidiasis were found and selected in this study.Microscopic examinations of the vaginal discharge were performed to analyze the yeast species.All the subjects were treated with single dose of fluconazole（150 mg）.The symptoms and side effects were recorded.The microscopic examinations of the vaginal discharge were repeated after the treatment.Results The mycological curates were 90% and 98% respectively one week or 10 days after the treatment. Conclusions The protocol of single dose of 150 mg of fluconazole is safe and effective.
