摘 要:以沙颍河干流上的槐店闸为代表性闸坝,提出一套闸坝调度对河流水质改善的可调性评估技术方法。其内容包括:首先,对闸坝调度改善水质状况的可调性的概念及其内涵进行了界定;为了定量评估闸坝可调性,进一步研制了闸坝调度影响模型(考虑闸坝及底泥影响的一维水动力和水环境模型)和闸坝可调性的评价指标和评价方法;然后将以上方法应用于槐店闸,对槐店闸改善河流水质的可调性进行了识别。Taking Huidian Sluice on the main stream of Shayinghe River as a representative sluice and dam, a set of technical methods for the evaluation on the adjustability of river water quality improvement from the operation dispatch is proposed herein; which includes that the concept and its intension of the adjustability of water quality from the operation dispatch of the sluice and dam are defined at first, and then the model ( an one-dimensional hydrodynamic and water environment model under the consider- ation of the effects from both the sluice and dam and the bottom mud) for the effect from the operation dispatch of sluice and dam on the improvement as well as the relevant evaluation indexes and the methods are developed for the quantitative evaluation on the adjustability concerned, finally, the methods mentioned above are applied to Huaidian Sluice and the adjustabihty of water quality improvement from the operation dispatch of Huaidian Sluice is identified as well.
