摘　　要：我国城市水资源供需矛盾随着社会经济迅速发展日渐突出,与此同时影响城市供水安全的突发水污染事件又频繁发生,如何保障城市应急安全供水成为突出的问题。本文分析了城市突发水污染事件的种类及其危害,提出了解决问题的思路和保障城市安全供水的措施。The contradiction between the urban water supply and demand is increasingly prominent in China at present along with the rapid development of the social economy, and furthermore, the emergent water pollution events those impact the urban water supply security occur frequently. Therefore, how to ensure the urban emergency safe water supply has become a prominent problem ; for which the types and hazards of the urban emergent water pollution events are analyzed herein, and then the concept to solve this prehlem and the measures to ensure the urban safe water supply are put forward as well.
