摘  要:结合防城港电厂工程,对循环水泵流道进行了物理模型试验,重点研究了流道的水力特性,包括引水沟来水的扩散消能特性、旋转滤网及吸水室的水流流态特征、吸水喇叭口进水断面的流速分布规律等。针对原设计前池扩散不充分、出流不均、泵体管外环流等问题,提出在前池扩散段设置消能横梁和在循环水泵中心线上游设置淹没胸墙等整流措施。该优化方案能有效阻断吸水室内的表面回流通道,起到改善流态和消能的作用,从而满足循环水泵的运行要求,并且能够有效节省土建投资。Based on the construction project of Fangchenggang Power Plant, a physical model test on the flow passage in water circulating pump is made ; in which the hydraulic characteristics of the flow passage is emphatically studied, including the performance of energy dissipation from diffusion of the water inflow from the water intake-channel, the flow pattern of the suction chamber and side-inlet rotating filter net, the law of flow velocity distribution around the section of water uptake bell mouth, etc. In light of the problems from the original design, such as insufficient diffusion in forebay, uneven outflow, circulation a- round the outside of pump body, etc. , the treatment measures of arranging an energy-dissipation crossbeam at the diffusion section of the forebay and a submerged parapet wall on the upstream of the centerline of the circulating pumps. With this opti- mum scheme, not only the surface back-flow passage in the suction chamber can be effectively shut off for improving the flow pattern and energy-dissipation and meeting the operation requirement of the pump, but the investment for the earthwork can also be largely saved.
