摘 要:介绍了CO_2循环吸收解吸实验台。采用新型混合有机胺CO_2吸收剂,在该实验台上进行了长期稳定运行试验,并应用AMSIM软件进行了系统模拟。结果表明,该实验台可以达到12 h以上长时间稳定运行,实现了模拟烟气和吸收剂的稳定循环。由于试验过程中不添加新的吸收剂和水,随着吸收剂循环时间的增加,CO_2脱除效率缓慢下降,但500 h后仍可达83%。试验运行结果和模拟结果达到了较好的吻合。A lab pilot plant for CO2 capture was shown. This plant was operated continuously for hundreds of hours using new blended aqueous amine solution, and numerical simulation was adopted for the CO2 capture process using AMSIM software. The results indicated that the long-term stable operation more than 12 hours and simulated flue gas and absorbent stable circulation could be achieved. The CO2 removal efficiency reduced slowly with the time elapse because fresh solvent and water were not maked up. However, it remained at a level of 83% after 500 hours. The simulated results agree to the experiment.
