摘  要:通过指示物间接实现二恶英在线检测是一种可行的检测方法,氯苯是较合适的指示物。本文采用真空紫外光电离/飞行时间质谱仪进行定浓度一氯苯(MCBz)和1.2-二氯苯(DCBz)为二恶英指示物在线测量,两种物质的检测信号峰具有很好的辨别度,峰值都在6以上,检测信号强度与实际浓度之间用常用对数(1g)拟合关系最为理想。MCBz和DCBz的信号集中在4~12 min内,其信号基本符合正态分布的形式。离线测量与在线测量数据对比表明,DCBz的检测信号与二恶英生成总量和毒性当量的变化趋势相同,MCBz的检测信号则与二恶英信号的变化趋势不同。It is a potential monitoring method using indicators to detect indirectly dioxins online. Chlorobenzene is considered as the appropriate one. Vaccum ultraiolet photo ionization/time-of-flight mass spectrometer (VUV-TOFMS) was used for monitoring of Cl1Bz(MCBz) and 1.2-C12Bz(1.2DCBz) in certain concentration. The signals had good discrimination and signal peak could be above 6. The obtained mean signal intensity showed a good relation with real concentration levels by logarithm fit. The signals of MCBz and 1.2DCBz mainly appeared in the forth to twelfth minute with normal distribution. Comparison between off-line measure and on-line detection showed that signal trend of DCBz was in accordance with the trends of total amounts and toxic equivalent quantity of dioxin, but that of MCBz was different.
