摘　　要：虚拟企业与知识管理是当今管理学界研究的两大热门问题,而对两者结合起来的研究近年来更是引起了国内外学者的重视。通过对国内外虚拟企业知识管理相关文献的整理,界定了虚拟企业知识管理的内涵,比较系统地对虚拟企业的知识管理流程、知识管理模型和知识管理系统开发进行了综述,并对当前虚拟企业知识管理研究存在的问题作了相应的探讨,在此基础上对虚拟企业知识管理未来的研究方向进行了展望。Virtual enterprise and knowledge management as the two popular issues in today＇s management field, has attracted attention of scholars home and abroad in recent years. Firstly, summarizes the research of knowledge management in virtual enterprise from the aspects of knowledge management process, model and system development, and then current problems and solutions in the research of knowledge management in virtual enterprise has been discussed. Finally, put forward new possible research directions of knowledge management in virtual enterprise in the future.
