摘 要:为研究碱矿渣粉煤灰胶凝体系的凝结硬化特性,在粉煤灰与矿渣的比值(Fly ash-Slag Ratio,FSR)为0.6、碱掺量(Alkali Content,AC)为6.0%、复合碱组分间的比例n=1.3的配合比参数情况下,制备了碱矿渣粉煤灰胶凝材料,在研究其流变学特性的基础上,测试了其凝结硬化特性,并研究三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠、亚硫酸钠四种物质对其凝结硬化特性的影响。结果表明:碱激发剂的温度对净浆的流变学性能具有较大的影响;在某一配合比下制备的碱矿渣粉煤灰胶凝材料在t=40℃时,标准稠度用水量为28%,凝结时间正常;三聚磷酸钠是一种优质的外加剂,三聚磷酸钠的掺量变化对凝结硬化特性影响较大,但保水效果无明显影响,在施工应用时,需要根据具体用途选择掺量。In order to study on the setting and hardening characteristics of alkali-activated slag-fly ash cementitious material system, alkali-activated slag-fly ash cementitious material was prepared with the value of Fly ash-Slag Ratio (FSR) 0.6, Alkali Content (AC) 6.0% and the proportion of composite alkali (n) 1.3 ,the setting and hardening characteristics was tested based on the study of the rheological characterization, and the influences of Sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP), Sodium Hexametaphosphate (SHMP), sodium gluconate, sodium sulfite to the setting and hardening characteristics was researched.The test result shows that the temperature of alkali-activator (t) has great influence on the rheological characterization of pastes;to the alkali-activated slagfly ash cementitious material prepared with some mix parameters,when the temperature is 40 ℃, water demand for normal consistency is 28%, setting time conforms to the requirements of national standard;STPP is a good type of admixtures, the change of STPP content has greatly influence to the setting and hardening characteristics,but little to the water keeping effects, In actual practice, the content is choosed according as practical situation.
