摘 要:使用石粉含量为13%的机制砂,研究了用水量、砂率、水灰比对二次衬砌机制砂混凝土性能的影响。在水泥用量和用水量(337、175 kg/m3)相对较低的条件下,以石粉充当矿物掺合料,利用其增黏、润滑、保水等作用,配制出了强度等级为C30、抗渗等级为S8的二次衬砌机制砂混凝土。其和易性良好且强度富余较少,有效解决了当前低等级泵送混凝土中存在的和易性差与强度富余多之间的矛盾。The effects of water consumption, sand percentage and water to cement ratio on the properties of secondary lining concrete prepared with manufactured sand which has a high stone powder content of 13% (by mass of the fine aggregate) were studied.And by adopting the stone powder as mineral adrnixure,utilizing its enhancement in viscosity, lubrication and water preservation, the secondary lining manufactured sand concrete,whose strength and impermeability grade is apartly C30 and S8 at 28 days ,has been prepared under the condition of lower cenment and water consumption(337,175 kg/m^3 respectively).It has a better workability and a lower strength surplus, which has effectively solved the inconsistency between the workability and strength existing in low strength grade pumped concrete currently.
