摘 要:陶粒混凝土具有轻质、保温、隔热等优点,是一种比较理想的建筑材料,已广泛应用于各种工业民用建筑上。目前天然河砂资源逐渐枯竭,而沿海地区的海砂资源非常丰富,如对其进行合理的开采、利用,不仅有利于消除河砂的过度开采,而且有利于保证防洪和城市供水的安全。利用陶粒作为骨料,淡化海砂替代天然河砂和其他普通常规材料,应用高密实配合比方法配制出高性能陶粒混凝土,对配制的陶粒混凝土的物理力学性能进行了测试。试验结果表明,这种淡化海砂陶粒混凝土物理力学性能优于普通陶粒混凝土。Ceramisite concrete is a sort of ideal building material with the advantage of light weight,heat preservation and heat insulation, which is widely used in diverse of industrial and civilian constructions.Nowadays, natural river sand resources have been exhausting gradually, while sea sand resources are very rich in the coastland.If such kind of resources is exploded and utilized reasonably, it can not only protect the river sand resources,but also secure the flood control and tap water supply.The high-performance ceramisite concrete is prepared with ceramisite as aggregate, desalted sea sand instead of river sand and other common material.An experiment for testing the physical and mechanical performance has been taken, and the result shows that all the performances of this sort of lightweight aggregate concrete is better than general lightweight concrete.
