银杏萜内酯提纯新工艺研究

摘　　要：采用三柱萃取法从银杏叶中分离提纯得到近白色银杏征内酯晶体，其纯度可达90％以上。其中，白果内酯为19．9％～33．3％，银杏内酯A，B，C分别为28．5％～47．8％，19．7％～22．9％，1．0％～10．4％。从而解决了国内银杏萜内酯提取损失的问题。Whihsh crystals of ginkgo terpene lactone were obtained with a 3-column extracton process, i.e. a process combining an active carbon column,an aluminium oxide column and a silica gel column.The purity of the product was as 90%.About 19.9%~33.3%,and 28.5%~47.5%,19.78%~22.9% and 1.0%~10.4% of bilobalide,and ginkgolide A,B and C,respec- tively,in the ginkgo leaves were extracted and purified.
