多糖铁复合物对于运动性贫血的影响

摘　　要：运动性贫血是运动员在训练和比赛过程中容易出现的一种身体机能低下的状态。运动性贫血将直接影响到运动员的机体机能水平,通常引起血液中红细胞破坏增加,影响血红蛋白的合成,严重缺铁等现象,其发生和发展是影响运动员运动能力的重要因素之一。多糖铁复合物是以三价铁(Fe3+)为核心,多糖为配合物的复合补血制剂,具有副作用小、配合性稳定、溶解度好,含铁量高等优点,本文对于10名符合国内亚理想血红蛋白(Hb)标准运动性贫血运动员,通过服用多糖铁复合物前后对运动员血液常规检查对比,发现运动员血红蛋白(Hb)有明显的提高,贫血症状改善.副作用小。Sports anemia is athletes in training and competition process easily appeared a body function of low status.Sports anemia will directly affect the athletes＇ bodies function level,usually cause blood red blood cells damage increased,Influence of hemoglobin synthesis,serious lack of iron etc.Phenomenon,its occurrence and development is the influence on athletes sports ability is one of the important factors.Polysaccharide iron complex is trivalent iron（Fe3 ＋） as the core,the compound polysaccharide for complexes blood preparations,side-effects small,coordination stable,solubility,iron content higher advantages,this paper for 24 in domestic and ideal hemoglobin（Hb） standard motility anemia athletes,by taking Polysaccharide iron complex for athletes blood routine inspection before and after comparing with that athletes hemoglobin（Hb） significantly raise anemia symptoms improved.Side effect was small.
