摘　　要：运用文献资料法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,对我国计划经济时期、改革开放初期、市场经济初步形成时期和市场经济逐步完善时期优秀篮球人才流动的特征进行分析,结果表明:(1)从计划经济时期到市场经济逐步完善时期,我国优秀篮球人才的流动方式主要有垂直流动、水平流动、国际流动和职业变动;(2)在流动方向上,与地区经济差异关系密切;(3)在流动范围上,以国内流动为主;国际流动在市场经济时期有一定的表现,但在人员的数量以及流动范围仍有较大的限制和不足;(4)优秀篮球人才职业变动的途径逐步增多,自主性加强;(5)从流动性的视角分析了"八一"队的盛衰。同时,提出了我国优秀篮球人才资源流动的发展对策和建议。This paper Uses documents and settings,method of logic amylases to amylase the characteristic of Chinese excellent basketball athletes during the periods of planned economy,the beginning of reform and openness,marketing initial reforming the later period.the authors put forward the following opinions：（1） the excellent basketball human resource flow take the vertical mobility as the fundamental mode;（2） the outstanding basketball talented person presents the imbalanced distributed tendency in the domestic flowing region;（3） outstanding basketball talented person＇s international mobile insufficiency;（4） the outstanding basketball talented person occupation transforms the way increases,the independency strengthens.（5）The rise and decline history of ＂ Army Men Basketball＂ is analyzed from the perspective of the liquidity.Meanwhile,the strategies and recommendations about the flow of basketball talents resources development are proposed in this paper.
