浅析曲棍球比赛阵型特点及其训练

摘　　要：比赛阵型是指在比赛场上队员基本位置的排列,是本队攻守力量搭配和职责分工的形式。比赛阵型规定了运动员的主要职责。本文探索现今曲棍球比赛中流行的站位阵型方式,分析五种阵型的攻防特点,结合比赛情况提出日常训练的方式。Game formation refers to the players on the pitch,the arrangement of the basic position is tie-in and defending team power responsibilities form.Match the athlete＇s main formation prescribed duties.This paper explores the current hockey game popular stance formation,analyzes five kinds of type way features of attack,combining competition situation proposed daily training mode.
