摘　　要：以上海市杨浦区参与传统体育锻炼的中老年女性为调查对象,通过文献资料法、问卷调查法和访谈法了解和掌握了这一锻炼人群的基本情况,以及她们参与传统体育锻炼的项目内容、时间和空间特征等。以期为上海市体育职能部门的政策制定提供理论参考,为上海市传统体育健身活动的广泛深入开展提供数据支持。Through document method,questionnaire method and interview,we investigated the basis situation of middle-aged female who engage traditional sports in Shanghai and grasped their exercise characteristics.We hope this investigation could provide the reference for interrelated departments and promote the traditional sports of Shanghai.
