高校教师业余体育锻炼现状调查与分析

摘　　要：采用文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,对高校教师业余生活中体育锻炼现状进行研究。结果表明:高校教师对体育锻炼重要性的认识水平较高,但业余生活中实际参加锻炼的人数比例偏低;高校教师业余体育锻炼的动机、制约因素、活动项目、活动形式、活动地点、活动频度和时间等呈多样性;高校男女教师在业余体育锻炼的诸多方面存在显著性或高度显著性差异。从学校要重视教育指导、组织管理、经费投入、场馆开放和活动开展以及教师自身积极主动等方面为促成高校教师体育生活方式提出建设性意见。Based on documents,questionnaire,and mathematic statistics,the article studies the present spare-time physical exercise of college teachers.It shows the following points.College teachers cultivate a high sense of importance towards spare-time physical exercise,but take a less active participation in real practice.As for their spare-time schedule and physical exercise,there is diversity in obstacle elements and exercise items,forms,places,frequency,time.And there is a sharp difference in spare-time physical exercise participation between male teachers and female teachers.It concludes by giving some constructive advice that on the part of the college,educational instruction,organizational management,funds input,stadium open-up and activity carrying should be emphasized;on the part of the college teachers,they should take an active part in physical exercise.
