摘 要:在pH=6.0的HAc-NaAc缓冲液中,茜素红(ARS)-铕(Ⅲ)形成的稀土配合物可与帕珠沙星(PZFX)形成三元离子缔合物,使得体系的二级散射(SOS)和倍频散射(FDS)强度均明显增强,且三元体系的光散射强度与PZFX的浓度在0.0080~0.6400 mg.L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,据此建立了灵敏的测定PZFX的共振非线性光散射分析法,此方法可用于注射液中PZFX的测定,以标准加入法对尿样和血样进行分析,结果满意。同时实验以SOS法考察了ARS-Eu3+-PZFX体系形成三元离子缔合物的反应条件、影响因素等,最后初步讨论了可能的形成机制。In buffer solution of HAc-NaAc(pH=6.0),the rare-earth complex of alizarin red S(ARS)-Eu3+ was combined with pazufloxacin(PZFX) to form ternary ion-complexes,which resulted in prominent enhancement of resonance second-order scattering(SOS) and frequency-double scattering(FDS).The scattering intensity of ternary system was proportional to the concentration of PZFX in certain ranges of 0.0080~0.64 mg·L-1.Based on the enhancement of light scattering,a sensitive method was developed by resonance nonlinear scattering,and the proposed method could be applied to the determination of PZFX in injection,sensitively.The urine samples and blood samples were analyzed by the standard addition method,and the results were satisfied.Finally,the reacting conditions and influence factors and the possible mechanism of ARS-Eu-PZFX system were investigated by SOS method.
