摘　　要：TD-HSUPA作为TD引入的重要新技术,是继TD-HSDPA之后又一个TD网络承载能力提升方案。如何进行TD-HSUPA的无线网络规划,满足3G数据业务发展要求,保证网络建设性价比,确定网络升级策略和运营策略,是运营商面临的一项重要课题。分析了TD-HSUPA的引入对原有网络带来的影响,提出了一些资源分配和规划组网方面的建议。TD-HSUPA is a new solution to enhance TD-SCDMA network capacity after TD-HSDPA.How to plan TD-HSUPA wireless network to meet the development requirements of 3G data services,to insure the network construction cost and further to determine the network upgrade strategy and operating strategy are important issues that the operators are facing.This paper analyzes the impact of TD-HSUPA＇s introduction on the existing network and gives some resource allocation and network planning recommendations.
