摘  要:以金鱼胚胎为研究对象,在金鱼受精后24 h,每间隔24 h取健康鱼卵,测定胚胎不同发育时期酸性磷酸酶和碱性磷酸酶活性。结果显示,胚胎受精24 h时酸性磷酸酶和碱性磷酸酶活性较低,伴随着胚胎发育,酶活性均呈现增强的趋势,在144 h达到最高。金鱼胚胎发育中酸性磷酸酶和碱性磷酸酶的活性随发育时间呈现上升趋势,以此满足胚胎发育中细胞增殖、信号传导和物质代谢等对磷酸酶不断增长的需求。Activities of acid phosphatase(ACP) and alkaline phosphatase(AKP) were determined in the different developmental embryos of goldfish,Carassius auratus sampled after fertilization at a 24 hour interval by biochemical methods.The acid phosphatase and alkaline phosphatase activities were found low 24 h after fertilization,with the process of embryonic development,alkaline phosphatase activities significantly increasing,with the maximal value 144 h after fertilization.The acid phosphatase activities were also found significantly increase from 96 h.In conclusion,the increase in acid phosphatase and alkaline phosphatase activities with the extension of embryonic development is attributed to the increasing demand of phosphatases in cell proliferation,signal transduction and physiological metabolism with the embryonic development.
