摘　　要：我国国有森工企业负债融资比例较高,资本结构单一,企业融资较为困难。文中在分析了我国国有森工企业融资中存在问题的基础上,积极地提出融资对策,旨在解决我国国有森工企业的融资困境,进而促进国有森工企业及林业建设的快速发展。The proportion of debt financing in Chinese state-owned logging enterprises is high. Besides, the capital structure is single and enterprise financing is difficult. Based on analyzing the existing problems of enterprise financing in Chinese state-owned logging enterprises, this paper actively puts forward the countermeasures in order to solve the difficulties of the financing in the state-owned logging enterprises so as to promote the rapid development of the state-owned logging enterprises and the forestry construction.
