摘　　要：从东北野生龙葵成熟果中提出一种色泽鲜艳、香味纯正浓厚、性质稳定、溶解性好、用途广泛的龙葵浓缩果汁。并对其营养成份进行了检测 ,北方野生龙葵浓缩果汁含有VA 、VC 、17种氨基酸 ,其颜色随pH变化而变化 。The concentrated juice,with bright color,fragrant and sweet,is extrated from the north wild solanum Nigrum,Which is with the stability,the solubility and many uses The nutrient composition of juice is determined and the method of qualitation andlysis is studied In resules the cotent of vitA,vits,17 animo aeids in the juice is report;The color change varied with pH,Thus,It provides scientific basis for development,use and study of the specialities on ChangBai Mountain
