摘　　要：矿用隔爆移动负荷中心的电气故障严重影响煤矿的安全生产,同时也对作业人身的安全造成严重威胁。本文针对矿井隔爆移动负荷中心运行过程中存在的安全隐患以及常见的电气故障进行分析并提出了解决措施。对于隔爆干式变压器的结构问题,通过及时改进工艺、应用新技术进行解决。其次对于高压负荷开关及低压馈电开关部分存在的问题,则通过应用新型开关设备来解决。然后针对供电线路经常出现的短路故障、漏电故障等问题提出了最新的保护策略和方法。最后针对其他常见故障也提出了相应的改进方案。本文提出的解决措施对于保证矿用隔爆移动负荷中心安全稳定运行有着参考价值。The electrical failures of the flame-proof movable load center seriously affect the safety of coal production,while also form a serious threat to personal safety.This paper focus on the existing security risks and the common electrical failure of the flame-proof movable load center during the operation,and the solutions is analyzed and proposed.For the structural problems of flame-proof dry-type transformers,processes are improving timely and new technology is used to solve this problem.Secondly,for some problems in high voltage switches and low voltage feed switches,new switching equipment is used to resolve the problem.Then for the short-circuit faults,leakage faults and others of the power lines are often solved by taking the latest protection strategies and methods.Finally,the corresponding improvement program also is proposed for other common faults.The proposed solutions have a very important significance to guarantee the flame-proof movable load center to operate safely and steady.
