摘　　要：侦查监督是刑事诉讼的必要程序,是确保刑事侦查活动的正当性、合法性的必要手段,也是诉讼规律的必然要求。尽管理论界对侦查监督的具体涵义存在争议,但刑事立案监督、侦查活动监督、审查逮捕构成了侦查监督的三项主要职责。由检察机关行使侦查监督权,无论从理论还是从司法实际均有其不可比拟的合理性。为适应当前司法实践的需要,应当从强化立案监督、侦查活动监督和完善审查批捕程序等方面探寻侦查监督权优化配置的合理路径。Investigation supervision is a compulsory step of criminal proceedings which is both a necessary tool to keep the justice and legality of the investigation activities and a necessary requirement according to the appealing rules.Though researchers have different ideas about the meaning of investigation supervision,the acceptance,conducting and arresting have become the three main responsibilities of the investigation supervision.The practicing of investigation supervision by the procuratorial organ is quite reasonable both theoretically and practically.In order to meet the demands of the current legal reality,effort should be made to find a reasonable way to allocate the power of investigation supervision from different aspects like the acceptance,conducting and arresting.
