复合型物理刺激因素在糖尿病证候大鼠模型中的应用

摘  要:目的建立一种新的模拟中医证候的糖尿病动物模型。方法采用高脂饲料喂养和0.5 ml猪油灌胃的同时,综合选取5种物理刺激因素,对24只SD大鼠进行为期30 d的随机实验刺激,观察大鼠体重和血糖变化。造模后利用冰冻切片技术制作胰岛切片,观察其胰岛细胞变化。结果 SD大鼠体重生长变缓慢,空腹血糖增高,体态特征明显变化,镜下观察胰腺细胞的改变符合糖尿病临床病理表现。结论利用复合型物理刺激因素初步建立一种模拟糖尿病临床证候的实验动物模型。Objective To create a better syndrome animal model associated with diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods 24 SD rats which were reared with high fat diet and 0.5 ml lard and suffered with 5 kinds of comprehensive physical stimulation for 30 days.At the same time the change of weight,fasting blood-glucose(FBG) and islet cells(frozen section) were measured.All the relevant data were recorded.Results SD rats′ weight glowed slower than that of normal SD rats and their FBG were increased.There were also evident changes in the features of their body carriages and those change of pancreatic cells observed under mirror was accorded with the clinic pathological features of DM.Conclusions By using combined physical stimulation factors,a type of experimental animal model can be built initially,which can simulate clinical manifestations of syndrome associated with DM.
