摘　　要：从标准研制的意义、主要内容、注意事项等方面对《针灸技术操作规范第7部分:皮肤针》进行简要介绍,规范了皮肤针的刺激强度、叩刺部位、治疗的间隔时间及疗程。对研制过程中的重点、难点以及临床运用过程中应注意的问题进行了解读,阐述了编制体会。The importance of standardization, the main content and important cautions in the Standardized Manipulation of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, Part Ⅶ： Skin Needle are introduced briefly in this paper. It standardizes the stimulation intensity, the tapped needling location, the course of treatment and the interval between treatments. It elucidates the key points, the difficulty and the important cautions in clinical practices. In order to promote the standardization and its implementation, it also states the experiences of establishing the national standard of acupuncture and moxibustion manipulations.
