摘　　要：利用NoteExpress软件平台构建了科技查新档案管理系统,详细介绍了了NoteExpress查新档案管理平台的构建及其使用过程。利用该查新档案管理信息化平台实现了查新档案精细化存储,查新档案自动化检索,人性化管理及其多元化服务功能。该档案信息化平台强大的管理功能不仅极大减轻了查新档案管理员的工作负荷,还提高提高了查新站的工作效率,拓展了查新服务内容。This paper built a novelty search archive management platform based on a commercial software named NoteExpress. Then the construction and useage of this new novelty search archive management platform is presented in details. With the help of the novelty search archive, a librarian can conveniently store detail information of Sei-Tech Novelty Retrieval archive, and also easily make up a automated retrieval, user-friendly management and diversification of services system. The strong function of this search archive management platform greatly lighten librarian＇s workload, but also help to Improve efficiency and expand the many other academic services.
