氯丙嗪预处理对家兔缺血再灌注损伤后小肠功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究不同剂量氯丙嗪预处理对家兔小肠缺血再灌注损伤的影响,探讨氯丙嗪的肠道保护作用。方法采用恒温平滑肌槽记录离体肠管收缩曲线的方法,观察不同处理方式下小肠的收缩张力及收缩频率的变化。结果缺血再灌注损伤后,小肠收缩张力及收缩频率较正常对照组显著降低,小剂量(1 mg/kg.BW)和中剂量(2 mg/kg.BW)氯丙嗪预处理后,缺血再灌注小肠的收缩张力及频率均有所恢复,显著高于未预处理组。大剂量(4 mg/kg.BW)氯丙嗪预处理组小肠的收缩张力和频率与单纯缺血再灌组相比无统计学差异。结论适量氯丙嗪预处理能够改善缺血再灌注造成的小肠运动功能异常,而大剂量氯丙嗪对其无改善作用。Objective To study the effects of different doses of chlorpromazine pretreatment on rabbit intestinal function following ischemia/reperfusion injury（IRI） and explore the protective action of chlorpromazine on the intestinal tract.Methods Changes in the contractive tension and rate of the small intestine after chlorpromazine pretreatment were observed by recording the contractive curves in vitro.Results The contractive tension and rate of the small intestine of IRI rabbits decreased obviously compared with those in the control group.After pretreatment with a small or moderate dose of chlorpromazine（1mg/kg·BW,2mg/kg·BW）,the contractive tension and rate of the small intestine of IRI rabbits were improved,which were significantly higher than those of IRI rabbits without chlorpromazine pretreatment.However,the remarkably improved action was not found after a large dose of chlorpromazine（4mg/kg·BW） pretreatment.Conclusion IRI-induced abnormal movement of the small intestine can be reversed by a moderate dose of chlorpromazine while a large dose of chlorpromazine does not make much improvement.
