摘　　要：目的观察细胞外基质层黏连蛋白(Ln)及其受体整合素α2在小鼠肾泌尿小管发育中的表达,探讨它们在泌尿小管发育过程中的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学、图像分析、体视学方法和蛋白印迹技术对不同胚龄及生后日龄小鼠肾泌尿小管中的层黏连蛋白和整合素α2的表达进行系统观察和分析。结果层黏连蛋白表达于各期肾小管和集合管的基膜。整合素α2在各期肾小管和集合管的上皮细胞均有一定程度的表达。随着肾的发育,Ln和整合素α2的表达量逐渐增加。结论层黏连蛋白和整合素α2在泌尿小管的发育和成熟过程中一直发挥着作用,影响基膜的发育及上皮细胞极性的形成。Objective To observe the expressions of laminin（Ln） and its receptor integrin α2 in the uriniferous tubules of embryo and mature mice and investigate their function during nephrogenesis.Methods The expressions of Ln and integrin α2 in uriniferous tubules of embryonic and postnatal mice were examined by immunohistochemistry,analyzed with an image analysis system and stereological method.The content of Ln and integrin α2 was detected by Western blotting.Results Ln was expressed in the basement membrane at any stage of uriniferous tubules.Integrin α2 was expressed in the epithelial cells of renal tubules and collecting ducts.Ln and integrin α2 expressions were increased with nephrogenesis.Conclusion Ln and intergrin α2 might play an important role in the development and maturation of uriniferous tubules of mouse kidney as well as in the development of basement membrane and the polarity of cells.
